We believe that the interior of a building whether house, apartment or hotel is as important as the outside. We have built a wealth of experience in creating residential, hospitality and commercial interiors that engage the senses in a unique response to the brief. We have an extensive resource of materials and samples in the studio and both design and specify everything from lighting to furniture, cornices to shadow gaps, curtains to carpets.

Our services are often stand-alone but may, when the scope permits, be combined with our architectural services. Our interior design services include but are not limited to the following:

Preparing full design concepts through mood / story boards, sketches and drawings

Coordinating with branding and graphic design consultants

Space planning and development of internal layouts and coordination with architectural and building services proposals where relevant

Preparing detail design proposals including fixtures, finishes and furnishings including 3d rendered images, presentation plans and elevations and materials samples

Lighting design

Specification and scheduling of all furniture, fixtures and equipment

Design of bespoke elements including furniture, carpets, soft furnishings etc

Preparing full tender and detailed construction documentation for all interior design / fit out works
